Caroline Bateman (Preteen leader, children's ministry coordinator in the Riverside) gave me this link to a talk from an evangelical conference about youth social events. I listened to it this morning, there are some great ideas in there some of which I will steal and the speaker puts it in a healthy Biblical context that we are creating community not just a social event. Very much worth a listen.
