 Registration for children's ministry 

Registration is now open for the children's classes at the 2011 / 2012 London churchwide services.

Please register before 4th September to secure a place at the September 11th churchwide service. You only need to register once. Each registration is valid for all the churchwide services between September 2011 - August 2012. You will not need to register again unless your contact details change or your child has moved to a different age group during the course of the year. 

Please complete all fields stating n/a if the question is not applicable to your child. You will receive email notification of succesful registration. You will be directed to a confirmation page where there will also be a link to register another child.
